Sounds great, huh?  While normally things are just peachy, we do want to make you aware of some some minor things, typically referred to as "small print."  But if these things don't affect you, then it's all irrelevant.

1 There are a multitude of video tape formats in existence, both current and obsolete, and we don't have equipment to cover everything.  If, for some strange reason, we don't have a physical device to play your tape, we may request that we borrow your camera or player so that we can get your video into our editing gear.  We would return the unit to you either when the DVD is completed or as soon as we're able to record the video into our gear.  In either case, our goal is to get you the finished product as quickly as we can.

2 While every new DVD player in the past two years that we've tested has successfully played recorded DVDs, not all older units have this capability.  For example, our Apex players from late 1999 balk at recorded DVDs, while our new Sony and Apex units don't give it a second thought.  Before we do any work, please tell us the brand and model of the DVD player(s) you use, and we'll check it for compatibility.  We'd rather let you know of any incompatibility before we did any work, than to leave you stuck with a disc that you can't play.
